Qualifications

• RRT credential with an active license is required.
• Minimum 2 years of acute-care experience as a respiratory therapist.
• Strong ventilator management, blood gas interpretation and airway care skills.
• Excellent written English and ability to document clinical reasoning clearly.

Responsibilities

• Author realistic respiratory care scenarios from assessment through intervention.
• Develop reference answers explaining clinical reasoning behind ventilator changes.
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs for physiologic accuracy and patient safety.
• Identify unsafe ventilator settings and airway recommendations.
• Document clinical reasoning so another therapist can follow and evaluate it.
