Job summary

Clario, part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, seeks a Project Manager for its Respiratory Solutions team to lead study execution from planning to closeout. You will coordinate clients and cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and drive operational excellence to deliver respiratory clinical trial technologies and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and project management experience.
• 1–4 years of project management experience within pharma, healthcare, clinical research, medical device, life sciences, or related industries.
• Understanding of the drug development process and clinical research environment.
• Strong project planning, organizational, time management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, timelines, budgets and deliverables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of respiratory clinical studies and programs.
• Gather customer requirements and translate project needs into deliverables for internal teams.
• Develop, maintain, and manage study documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate distribution, tracking, and reconciliation of study equipment and materials.
• Create, review, and distribute study status reports and communications to clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor study timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure on-time execution.
