Qualifications

• PhD (or Master with substantial research) in a quantitative social science field.
• Strong expertise in workforce and education policy and econometrics.
• Experience leading complex research projects from start to finish.
• Expert proficiency in a statistical programming language.
• Experience handling large education/workforce datasets and cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to develop grant proposals or contribute to funded projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute applied research on education, labor markets, and economic mobility.
• Lead cross‑disciplinary project teams from concept to dissemination.
• Develop empirical strategies and analyze survey and administrative microdata.
• Communicate findings clearly to diverse audiences.
• Contribute to the Center’s research agenda with policy‑relevant insights.
