Comagine Health is seeking a thoughtful Research Associate II to join the Research and Evaluation Team. The role involves managing and implementing research studies and evaluation projects, with emphasis on applied research and program evaluation to inform public health improvements.

Minimum qualifications include a BA/BS and experience managing research projects; preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree and data analysis software proficiency. Remote work capability is supported.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field.
• Experience in managing research/evaluation projects in academic, community, or government settings.
• Strong understanding of research design and methods and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform standardized research and evaluation activities with minimal oversight.
• Organize project materials, take meeting minutes, and track compliance documents.
• Contribute to analysis and reporting using quantitative and qualitative data.
• Serve as task lead or project manager with timelines and deliverables.
• Coordinate data collection via surveys, interviews, site visits, or focus groups.
