Job summary

Vibrant Emotional Health seeks a Manager of Research Ethics and Compliance to oversee ethics screening for research-like activities related to the 988 Lifeline and other Vibrant projects. You will review protocols, consent materials, and data tools for alignment with ethical standards, and prepare documentation for leadership review.

Under the Director of Research Operations and Compliance, you will coordinate reviews, distinguish between QA, evaluation, and research, and contribute to research

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in public health, social sciences, health sciences, public policy, or related field is required.
Three to five years of relevant experience in research ethics, research compliance, or related work.
Experience supporting IRB review, human subjects protections, or data collection review is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct initial IRB and PRA/OMB screening for research-like activities and prepare documentation for leadership review.
Review protocols, evaluation plans, data collection tools, consent materials, and dissemination products for ethical and compliance considerations.
Distinguish between quality improvement, evaluation, and research, and route activities for appropriate review.
