Job summary

The Binance Accelerator Program is a fixed-term opportunity for early career talent to gain hands-on experience in the rapidly evolving Web3 space. You will work directly with senior scientists on research problems at the frontier of LLM reasoning, post-training methodologies, and agentic AI applied to global crypto markets.

Your work will run experiments, implement ideas from recent research, and translate findings into production systems serving millions of users.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Master's or PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field; expected graduation 2026–2028.
• Strong Python programming skills and PyTorch proficiency; C++ or Rust exposure is a plus.
• Experience with transformer architectures and large language model pretraining; ability to translate research into production-ready code.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute experiments in reasoning model training, post-training alignment, and evaluation for crypto-market applications.
• Review recent literature (NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, ACL) to guide research directions.
• Implement model variants and training procedures using PyTorch and Hugging Face; ensure reproducible experiments.
• Collaborate with engineers to translate research findings into production constraints in a 24/7 trading environment.
