Job summary

Binance Accelerator Program seeks an early-career researcher to work on problems at the frontier of LLM reasoning and post-training methodology. You will run experiments, form independent hypotheses, and implement ideas from recent papers while collaborating with engineering teams to understand production constraints.

This is a remote internship designed for current university students or recent graduates, offering networking and development opportunities within Binance’s global ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master’s or PhD in a relevant field with graduation between 2026–2028.
• Strong Python and PyTorch fundamentals; C++ or Rust exposure is a bonus.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools as part of research workflow.

Responsibilities

• Design and run experiments in reasoning model training and evaluation.
• Implement model variants and training pipelines (RLVR-based approaches) and evaluate in PyTorch/Hugging Face.
• Synthesize NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR/ACL work into testable ideas for production.
• Apply LLM reasoning to crypto-native data: on-chain signals and market microstructure.
• Maintain rigorous experiment tracking and reproducibility (W&B or equivalent).
• Collaborate with engineering to translate research into production constraints.
