Omniscient is seeking a Research Analyst to transform raw data into compelling narratives, strategic insights, and measurable business impact for B2B software brands. You’ll design original studies, analyze large data sets, and craft stories that CMOs and journalists will cite.

Work closely with editorial, digital PR, and SEO teams to publish research reports, build BI dashboards in Looker/GA4, and present findings to clients.

Qualifications

• Designed and fielded original surveys or studies.
• Able to craft narratives that frame findings for business audiences.
• Strong quantitative analysis with large datasets.
• Proficient in Python or R for data analysis (beyond Excel).
• Experience with data visualization to communicate insights.
• Comfortable presenting findings to clients and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead original research from scratch.
• Analyze large datasets using Python, R, or similar.
• Craft data narratives and translate into business impact.
• Collaborate with editorial, digital PR, and SEO teams to publish reports.
• Build visualizations and BI dashboards (Looker, GA4).
