Job summary

General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT) supports the IHS Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) program by delivering reports to improve data access, patient experience, and quality of care for 567 tribes, 37 states, and 600 facilities. The Reporting Specialist will create and maintain reports using ServiceNow, ePMO, Salesforce, and related tools.

This fully remote role requires a Public Trust Level 5 clearance and may require onsite fingerprinting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in cloud deployment and cloud solutions.
Experience in ePMO, Salesforce, or similar tech.
ServiceNow experience required.
Ability to analyze requirements and troubleshoot issues.
Document functionality aligning with customer value streams.
Organizational and time-management skills in a large structure.
Familiarity with risk management practices.
Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

Work closely with cross-functional workstreams to create and maintain reporting.
Serve as the ePMO SME, including technical support and troubleshooting.
Assist with migration efforts with reporting in ServiceNow.
Pioneer new opportunities with ServiceNow modules (SPM, ITSM, and IRM).
Identify milestones, decision points, and project events.
Maintain accurate records and paperwork; participate in weekly reviews.
Incorporate lessons learned into the program register.
