Job summary

Heritage Holdings is seeking a Reporting Manager to join our strategic Central Reporting Team, scaling rapidly alongside Heritage's growth. The Portfolio Monitoring team sits at the intersection of investment, technology and data, supporting Wealth Management by delivering accurate, timely, and consolidated portfolio information to UHNW clients.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience reading account statements, wealth reports, and financial documents related to Alternative Investments.
• Experience with cash and debt position reconciliation.
• Experience in Asset Management/wealth management/family office or consulting is a plus.
• Tech-savvy with an interest in new technologies.
• Strong ability to translate complex data into clear presentations.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Accurate loading and validation of transactions and valuations into data aggregation system with documentation alignment.
• Reconcile data into consolidated Wealth Reports for UHNWI clients in coordination with Relationship Managers across Europe.
• Enhance portfolio analytics by integrating with market data source.
• Support integration between banks and data aggregation systems; contribute to design/rollout of dashboards and templates in-house platform.
• Contribute to establishing a Center of Excellence for portfolio monitoring standards and processes.
