Waterton is seeking an Application Screening Specialist to join our Centralized services from a remote location. This role involves guiding applicants through identity, income, and credit screening while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Central and Mountain regions are preferred for work location. Responsibilities include reviewing applications, verifying information, collecting missing docs, and maintaining compliance with policies and fair housing laws.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and process rental applications according to screening criteria and service standards.

• Provide excellent customer service throughout the screening process.
• Collaborate with third-party screening vendors and technology partners to resolve issues.
