Qualifications

• 2+ years in renewals, account management, customer success, or sales in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing and negotiating contracts with strong renewal/expansion success.
• Experience with Salesforce and Gong, particularly managing opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
• Strong business acumen and detail orientation in a fast‑paced, high‑growth setting.

Responsibilities

• Own the renewal process from initial outreach to contract execution, ensuring on-time renewals.
• Lead commercial negotiations by developing pricing proposals and overcoming objections.
• Drive customer engagement through live interactions and data-driven value messaging.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Manage renewal forecasting and pipeline in Salesforce, tracking progress and risks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Digital Customer Success, Sales, and Operations.
• Develop and refine renewal processes to increase efficiency and automation.
• Mitigate churn risk by identifying at-risk customers early.
• Manage contract execution workflows including quote creation and tracking.
