Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a REMS Program Manager to support day-to-day REMS operations and ensure regulatory compliance across U.S. programs. You will coordinate governance, timelines, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.

The role requires 4–6 years in pharma, REMS experience preferred, 2+ years in project or program management, and strong communication skills. A bachelor's degree is required; remote work readiness is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
• REM S experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in pharmaceutical project or program management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly organized; able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day REMS operations and regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic oversight of REMS initiatives and program objectives.
• Coordinate REMS governance, agendas, timelines, and minutes with cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Monitor REMS program health, risks, dependencies and mitigation actions.
• Support modification/approval of REMS materials; collaborate with vendors.
• Maintain documentation for inspections and governance activities.
