This remote role requires active pharmacy technician licensure in AZ/FL/OH/TX, national certification (PTCB or ExCPT), at least two years of experience, and proficiency with MS Office; travel may be occasional.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted Pharmacy Technician License in AZ, FL, OH or TX as required by state law to perform this role.
• National Certification: PTCB (CphT) or ExCPT.
• Minimum 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience, including strong data entry.
• Basic working knowledge using MS Office including Outlook, ability to learn and use SharePoint, Teams, etc.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparation, coordination, and handling of REMS medications.
• Contact physicians to clarify prescription orders and enter prescriptions into the system.
• Support REMS compliance programs and operational processes to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain effective communication with patients, providers, and leadership.
