Job summary

CenterWell Pharmacy is seeking a Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician 3 to support REMS medications and REMS program operations. The role emphasizes strict regulatory compliance, data entry, and coordinating with providers and patients in a remote setting.

The position requires an active unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license, at least two years of experience, and proficiency with MS Office, RxNova, CRM, and ScriptMed.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted Pharmacy Technician Licensed in one of the states you reside; Minimum 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience, including strong data entry.
• Basic working knowledge using MS Office including Outlook; ability to learn and use platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, etc.
• 1 or more years of mail order pharmacy experience.
• Experience as a REMS Pharmacy Technician.
• Working knowledge of RxNova, CRM, and ScriptMed.
• Remote Work at Home; Must reside in AZ, FL, OH or TX to work remotely.
• Training schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00 AM-4:30 PM EST for 6 weeks (timeframe varies).
• Work schedule: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM MST / 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (DST) Mon-Fri; holiday coverage on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in the preparation, coordination, and handling of REMS medications.
• Contact physicians to clarify prescription orders and enter prescriptions into the system as appropriate.
• Perform advanced administrative, operational, and customer support functions with minimal supervision.
• Adhere to safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements in all tasks.
• Provide remote service and support for providers and patients.
