Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager, REMS Operations to lead U.S. REMS programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and end-to-end operational execution. You will partner with internal teams and external vendors to drive program objectives and governance.

The role requires 4–6 years in pharma, REMS/vendor management experience, and strong PM capabilities. This position supports remote work and offers comprehensive benefits and compensation.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience in REMS and vendor management is preferred.
• At least 2 years of Project/Program Management experience in pharma.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to work remotely with self-discipline.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the U.S. FDA–mandated REMS programs with regulatory compliance.
• Provide strategic oversight to REMS initiatives and ensure timely execution of objectives.
• Coordinate REMS governance and operational workstreams, meetings, timelines, and minutes with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor REMS program health, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive REMS program requirements and operational excellence.
• Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory inspections and governance activities.
