Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Manager, REMS Operations to lead the day-to-day REMS programs in the United States. This role ensures regulatory compliance, governance, and vendor performance while driving program efficiency and risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in pharma, REMS and project management experience, and strong communication skills. Remote work capability and cross-functional collaboration are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 4–6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• Experience in REMS and vendor management preferred.
• At least 2 years of project/program management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day REMS programs ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Provide strategic oversight and timely objective execution.
• Coordinate REMS governance, agendas, minutes and action items.
• Monitor REMS health, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to meet requirements.
• Maintain documentation for inspections and governance.
