Job summary

IMPACT Group, a global leader in relocation and career coaching, seeks a Part-Time Transition Advisor to support recent college graduates relocating for their first corporate roles. This remote, US-based role is available to candidates who reside in the Charleston, South Carolina region.

Newer coaches gain hands-on experience while guiding young professionals as they acclimate to life in a new city, build confidence, and establish balance in their post-college careers.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience working with people during major life transitions; coaching, training experience and/or certification preferred.
• Strong empathy, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience or interest in working with early-career professionals or college graduates.
• Comfort with virtual coaching platforms and maintaining digital client records.
• Ability to manage a flexible, part-time caseload and meet program deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coach recent graduates through relocation and starting a new job, researching resources in new locations.
• Deliver one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with active caseloads and coaching engagements.
• Provide encouragement, accountability, and practical strategies to help participants adjust and thrive.
• Ensure coaching sessions meet quality and program standards to deliver measurable results.
