Job summary

IMPACT Group is seeking a part‑time career & integration coach based in the Houston area. This remote, flexible role supports relocation and outplacement solutions, with approx. 5 hours per week to start, increasing to ~20 hours as needed.

You will coach employees and spouses, using our tech and methods to help with job search and integration in the Houston region. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in job search coaching, expat experience, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience delivering job search strategy or career coaching.
• Experience coaching expats and accompanying spouses in job search and integration.
• Experience with resume development, interview prep, career exploration, LinkedIn and social media for job search.

Responsibilities

• Establish rapport with program participants and motivate them to achieve goals.
• Guide participants through coaching processes and milestone completion.
• Coach on CV/resume writing, marketing techniques, interviewing, and negotiation.
