Job summary

JLL is hiring a Reliability Engineer in Chicago, IL to support operations and maintenance of buildings and equipment. You will implement asset management plans, analyze data, and drive life-cycle improvements in collaboration with the RAM COE.

The role emphasizes RCFA, condition-based maintenance, and cost-aware reliability strategies across BAS and energy systems. Excellent problem solving and cross-team communication are essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering; mechanical or electrical preferred.
• 5–10 years' experience in reliability/asset management.
• Experience with building automation and energy management.

Responsibilities

• Develops reliability analyses, RCFA and risk mitigation plans.
• Lead condition-based maintenance and PM optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for asset improvements.
• Maintain and improve CMMS/assets data and lifecycle planning.
