Job summary

JLL is seeking a Reliability Engineer (P3) in Spring, TX to provide reliability engineering support for operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment. You will work with the Engineering Services Reliability & Asset Management COE to implement an asset management plan, integrate BAS, energy management, and maintenance programs, and drive outcomes-based performance.

Responsibilities include conducting RCFA, performing life-cycle analyses, prioritizing repair vs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical discipline with reliability principles.
• Minimum 5+ years of reliability engineering, predictive maintenance, or asset management experience with RCMM methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with automated fault detection and system integration.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.
• Proficiency with maintenance management software and IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide reliability engineering support for operations and maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and equipment.
• Develop asset management plans integrating BAS, energy management, maintenance programs and life-cycle asset management.
• Conduct RCFA and root cause investigations to identify corrective actions.
• Maintain CMMS records and develop KPIs for equipment reliability.
• Support capital planning and lifecycle asset management programs.
