Job summary

GlobalLogic is seeking a Relex System Consultant to implement and optimize RELEX Solutions for retail, wholesale, and CPG clients from a remote US position.

The role requires strong supply chain know-how, data-driven analysis, and experience with RELEX modules. You will collaborate with ERP, WMS, and planning teams to improve forecasting, replenishment, and space planning while supporting change management and client workshops.

Qualifications

• Supply chain forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, demand planning in retail.
• Ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or other analytical tools is a plus.
• Prior exposure to RELEX modules (Forecasting, Replenishment) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and optimize RELEX Solutions for retail, wholesale, and CPG clients.
• Translate client business processes into RELEX configuration requirements for forecasting, replenishment, allocation, and space planning.
• Configure RELEX parameters, rules, workflows, and integrations to meet client needs.
• Analyze historical sales, inventory, and operational data to support forecasting and replenishment optimization.
• Facilitate requirement gathering sessions, solution walkthroughs, and training workshops.
• Develop and execute test cases, validate outputs, and ensure solution accuracy before go live.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth data flows between RELEX and ERP, WMS, POS, and other systems.
• Support adoption through documentation, training, and ongoing guidance.
• Identify opportunities to enhance forecasting accuracy, reduce stockouts, and improve operational efficiency.
