Qualifications

• 7+ years in litigation, eDiscovery, or tech support focused on client solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration with technical and business teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Support a government Relativity instance and deliver client-focused solutions.
• Prepare and produce collections, reviews, and productions using Relativity.
• Coordinate deliverables and respond to customer requests via tickets.
• Develop documentation and provide training on workflow solutions.
