Job summary
Contact Government Services, LLC is seeking a Relativity Administrator Analyst to support a government instance of Relativity. You will join a high-performing, collaborative team delivering client-focused eDiscovery solutions with a strong emphasis on service quality and cross-functional coordination.
The ideal candidate has a robust eDiscovery background, experience with Relativity, SQL, and documentation, and can communicate clearly to executives, legal teams, and technical staff while working
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizen
- Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Public Trust security clearance (active clearance preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years of litigation, eDiscovery, or technical support experience with a focus on client solutions
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both eDiscovery technical teams and non-technical business leaders
Responsibilities
- Support a government instance of Relativity with excellent customer service and solutions
- Prepare, process, and deliver collections, reviews, and productions using Relativity and related tools
- Assist in scheduling customer deliverables through internal workflow systems
- Provide training on case functionality, document review, tagging, and workflow solutions
- Contribute to process documentation and quality control to meet program goals
- Communicate clearly with executives, business, technical, and client audiences
