Job summary

Ledgebrook is seeking a Product Manager to lead the development of our internal reinsurance brokerage platform and fronting carrier solutions. You will define priorities, manage sprints, and ensure roadmaps align with company goals while partnering with engineering, analytics, and business leadership.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, ML/LLM familiarity, and the ability to drive high-impact products in a fast-moving startup environment with remote flexibility and strong ownership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience and a track record of launching successful products.
• Data-driven decision making with ability to measure and define product success metrics.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts including NLP and LLMs.
• Familiarity with reinsurance/free carrier programs and insurance product launches.
• Proven leadership and communication skills across cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and delivery planning.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Solid product development process understanding from ideation to launch.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
