PACS is seeking a Reimbursement Manager to lead a small team and drive senior-level reimbursement analysis. The role focuses on multi-state Medicare/Medicaid cost reporting, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with operational leaders to forecast and justify reimbursement rates.

You will coordinate audit materials and provide high-level revenue recognition analysis while aligning cost data with the general ledger.

Formación

• 7+ years of dedicated healthcare cost reporting experience, SNF or post-acute care regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Admin, or related).
• High-level knowledge of corporate accounting functions and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, data manipulation) and specialized cost reporting software.
• Proven ability to manage direct reports and drive collaborative results.

Responsabilidades

• Direct, mentor, and manage a small team of reimbursement professionals; allocate and monitor workloads.
• Prepare, review, and submit annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reports across multiple states.
• Provide ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and financial forecasting to support reimbursement rates.
• Coordinate collection and delivery of audit materials for MACs and state Medicaid audits.
• Perform revenue recognition analysis and reconcile reimbursement data with general ledger activity.
