Job summary

Talent Shift, LLC is seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Consultant for a banking client on a project basis. The role is on-site in Charlotte, NC, and requires deep expertise in FR Y-14 regulatory reporting, policy interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant regulatory reporting experience.
  • Must reside in the continental U.S.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary SME for regulatory reporting policy and interpretation, focusing on FR Y-14 requirements.
  • Analyze new and evolving regulatory requirements, assess reporting impacts, and provide authoritative interpretations to stakeholders.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance regulatory reporting policies, procedures, governance documentation, and memos.
  • Lead resolution of complex reporting issues by researching regulations and aligning stakeholders.
  • Evaluate the impact of business initiatives and system changes on regulatory reporting obligations.
