AWD online is seeking a Regulatory Chemist / Development Chemist to join a growing dairy hygiene business. This hands-on role covers product development, regulatory compliance and technical support across international markets, focused on agricultural disease control and specialist cleaning products.

You will work on new formulations, maintain robust documentation, coordinate testing, and support manufacturing quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry or related science is required.
• Experience in biocide formulation, product development or regulatory affairs in chemicals, dairy or food hygiene industries.
• Knowledge of chemical legislation and product stewardship.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Develop new specialist chemical products from concept to manufacture and improve formulations.
• Coordinate third-party testing, evaluate efficacy, and assess new technologies and ingredients.
• Prepare and maintain registrations, safety data sheets, labels and technical documentation.
• Monitor regulatory developments and liaise with authorities and consultants.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing, suppliers, and customers.
• Contribute to the company’s innovation pipeline and product claims.
