Qualifications

  • Two (2) or more years related experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related area or equivalent experience (Four (4) years).
  • Familiarity with the Administrative Procedure Act, FDMS, federal style guidance and accessibility requirements is expected.
  • Strong written and spoken English, attention to detail, and ability to handle competing deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Process and analyze public comments on proposed federal rules under direction of a lead regulatory analyst.
  • Prepare neutral summaries and maintain a complete, traceable record of issues and supporting evidence.
  • Organize comment data, reconcile records, and elevate high‑risk material for review.
  • Check AI classifications against original submissions and support publication workflows.
