Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a Connection Center Virtual Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care remotely via phone and video. The role covers the full nursing process, from virtual assessments to planning and evaluation, using evidence-based protocols to educate patients and facilitate timely access to services.

You will perform comprehensive virtual assessments, communicate results, support self-management, and guide patients on home monitoring devices.

Qualifications

• RN program completed (ADN or diploma) upon hire.
• Minimum of three (3) years of RN experience in acute or ambulatory care.
• BSN preferred upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual nursing assessments via telephonic and secure video interactions.
• Provide nursing advice, education, and symptom guidance using evidence-based protocols.
• Document encounters accurately in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
