Job summary

Prolific is seeking Registered Nurses to help train and evaluate AI models. You’ll complete a quick test to assess your skills and, if successful, join Prolific as a Domain Expert participant, where you’ll get paid to train and evaluate powerful AI models.

Researchers paying up to $65/hr per AI task. You must be prepared to complete paid tasks requiring one hour of uninterrupted work, though many are shorter. Flexible hours and work-from-home available with PayPal payments.

Qualifications

• Verified status as a registered nurse with current license/registration in good standing.
• Recent clinical experience and comfort evaluating clinical reasoning.
• Willingness to complete a short screener to join the Domain Expert pool.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to focus on tasks for up to one hour.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a computer.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated responses to clinical scenarios and rate accuracy, safety, and reasoning.
• Compare model answers and justify the best response.
• Write improved exemplars, rationales, or structured feedback for model learning.
