Job summary

Kickoff is a telehealth platform that integrates nutrition, fitness, and wellness coaching, covered by insurance. You work from home with a flexible schedule and a full client caseload we fill for you.

As an RD/RDN, deliver structured nutrition and wellness coaching via video sessions, design personalized programs, and help clients achieve weight management and chronic disease goals. CPT sponsorship is provided; minimum 20 hours/week once ramped.

Qualifications

• Active RD/RDN with current CDR registration.
• 1+ years of direct one-on-one client experience.
• CPT certification, or willingness to obtain within 3 months.
• Strong emotional intelligence and client engagement ability.
• Interest in integrating fitness into comprehensive care.
• US-based, work from home.
• Commit to 20+ client-facing hours/week once ramped.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-impact nutrition and wellness coaching via telehealth video sessions.
• Design and manage personalized nutrition, fitness, and wellness programs.
• Own client outcomes and long-term retention through behavior change.
• Build coach–client relationships through regular touchpoints and messaging.
• For W2: mentor new RDs and support the community.
