Job summary

Kickoff is a telehealth platform that integrates nutrition, fitness, and wellness coaching, covered by insurance. RDs work from home with flexible hours and a full client caseload we source for you.

Join as a W2 employee with benefits or a 1099 contractor. Earn up to $140K annually after ramping up, with a top‑tier $60/hr rate and opportunities to expand practice through CPT certification sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Active RD/RDN with current CDR registration.
• 1+ year of direct one-on-one client experience.
• CPT certification, or willingness to obtain within 3 months.
• US-based, work from home with a minimum 20 client-facing hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nutrition and wellness coaching through structured telehealth video sessions.
• Design and manage personalized nutrition, fitness, and wellness programs for each client.
• Own client outcomes and long-term retention—weight management, chronic disease support, behavior change.
• Build coach–client relationships through regular touchpoints, including messaging and async video.
• For W2: mentor new RDs and support the Kickoff community.
