Pomelo Care is expanding its network of Registered Dietitians to deliver expert virtual nutrition care for perimenopause and menopause transitions. You will conduct video visits, collaborate with a dedicated medical provider and therapist, and guide patients through multi-week programs with autonomous scheduling.

Qualifications

• National certification as an RD/RDN and license to practice in any US state.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience providing evidence-based nutrition counseling.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• Comfort using telehealth platforms, video conferencing, and EMR.
• Strong clinical independence and exceptional communication with a collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits to provide one-on-one nutritional care for midlife and menopausal transitions.
• Collaborate with a multi-specialty care team to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Provide multi-week program-based nutrition care to support symptoms and overall wellbeing.
• Deliver evidence-based nutrition therapy focusing on metabolic health, body composition, bone and gut health.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and ensure privacy/compliance.
