Job summary

Pomelo Care is building a nationwide network of registered dietitians to deliver synchronous video visits for midlife, perimenopause, and menopause transitions. You will provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care and guide patients through multi-week programs to improve symptoms and promote lasting lifestyle changes.

As a 1099 independent contractor, you’ll use telehealth platforms and documentation systems to manage visits, with compensation based on per-visit earnings and no guaranteed

Qualifications

• National RD/RDN license to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Ability to commit for at least 10 patient-facing hours per week.
• 3+ years of evidence-based nutrition therapy experience (metabolic syndrome, weight loss, osteopenia/osteoporosis, gut health, plant-based diets).
• Comfort with telehealth and documentation systems.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently during visits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct synchronous video visits with midlife, perimenopause, and menopause patients.
• Provide one-on-one virtual nutrition care via phone/video to support lifestyle change.
• Engage in multi-week programs to improve symptoms and promote behavior change.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Follow clinical, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for Pomelo visits.
