Assurity is seeking a results-driven Worksite Regional Vice President to lead sales initiatives from Lincoln, NE under supervision of the Worksite Sales VP. You will expand distribution, coach brokers, and drive premiums and case counts across multi-state territories while collaborating with marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent.
• Life and health insurance license required or will obtain within 90 days of hiring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet new business premium and case count targets.
• Recruit, develop, and manage a network of distribution relationships with brokers in the 25-500 life employer market.
• Maintain CRM records of distribution relationships and activity; deliver sales forecasts and regional reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and marketing on programs and collateral materials; advise on enrollment methods and proposals.
