Job summary

Mammoth Sports Construction is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to expand our presence across Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah. This field-based role will build relationships with school districts, universities, municipalities, and sports organizations, guiding opportunities from initial contact through award.

Candidates should have strong relationship-building and presentation skills, plus experience with CRM systems and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Strong client relationship and consultative selling skills.
• Experience in sales, business development, or client relations.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with school districts, colleges, municipalities, and sports organizations.
• Lead pursuit teams and coordinate client conversations, proposals, and presentations.
• Develop and manage a regional sales plan across Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah.
• Maintain a robust pipeline with accurate opportunity details and next steps.
• Collaborate with internal teams to craft project approaches, budgets, and interviews.
• Represent Mammoth at industry events and client meetings.
