Location: Remote from the Midwestern USA (WI, MN, IA, IL, MI, IN, & Eastern MO)
Salary: Base $120,000-$130,000 + Uncapped Commission

The ideal candidate will be a proven hunter with a strong track record of building lasting customer relationships and growing sales within the plastics manufacturing industry. [REMOTE] Regional Sales Manager (Blow Molding, Injection Molding, or PET Exp Req) Responsibilities

• Develop customer relationships to understand business needs
• Identify and propose solutions to capture sales opportunities
• Prospect new business and identify growth opportunities (75% new / 25% existing)
• Conduct meetings with customers across the Midwest
• Plan regular travel and set appointments (Typically ~Tu–Th travel, overnight ~1–2 nights)
• Communicate trends, pricing, and competition to internal teams
• Document sales activity and prospects in the company CRM
• Proactively notify customers of upcoming material cost increases
• Support with accounts receivable outreach as needed
• Collaborate with operations to improve efficiency, lower costs, & meet customer needs
