Job summary

Foodmate, a Duravant family company, seeks a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue in poultry processing equipment across the Ball Ground region. You will develop territory plans, acquire new customers, and expand existing accounts while traveling extensively to on-site facilities and Foodmate HQ.

This role requires strong communication, strategic selling, and CRM-driven opportunity management. The position is home-office based with frequent travel (car and air) and visits to Ball Ground, GA

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in poultry processing is preferred.
• Proven track record of selling capital equipment and achieving growth.
• Experience managing long sales cycles and complex customer relationships.
• Strong network within the poultry processing industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to achieve revenue growth.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with poultry processors.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing customers' key decision-makers.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline with accurate forecasts.
• Use CRM tools to document customer information and next steps.
• Coordinate equipment demonstrations and trade show participation.
• Present Foodmate solutions as a trusted advisor.
