Job summary

Atlas Copco Holding GmbH is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive compressor valve sales across a global territory. You’ll manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while collaborating with inside sales and marketing to leverage leads and data in CRM systems.

You’ll target Oil & Gas segments and strategic rental/packager sectors, negotiate terms, travel to client sites, and represent the company at industry events, aligning with our “First in Mind – First in Choice” ethos.

Qualifications

• Three years of direct sales or customer service in industrial equipment or gas compression.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, marketing, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a results focus; proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites and events.

Responsibilities

• Identify key accounts and decision-makers and understand their operational needs.
• Formulate and execute sales plans aligned with company objectives.
• Deliver personalized presentations and demonstrations communicating value propositions.
• Collaborate with inside sales and marketing to convert leads into sales.
• Negotiate terms and prepare competitive proposals.
• Maintain accurate CRM data on customer engagement and progress.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.
• Provide market and customer feedback to inform product/marketing strategies.
