Job summary

Gymshark is seeking a Regional QA Manager to elevate supplier quality performance across the sourcing network in the region. You will oversee quality controls, engage factories, and partner with Sourcing, Product Development, and Ethics teams to ensure safety, compliance and performance targets.

The role emphasizes risk mitigation, audit governance, and continuous improvement while working remotely from an international setting with cross-country collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience leading apparel supplier quality programs.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, materials, and finishing processes.
• Proven ability to drive CAPAs and corrective actions.
• Experience with inline, end-line, and final inspections and AQL.

Responsibilities

• Oversee supplier quality performance across the network.
• Collaborate with Sourcing, Product Development, and Quality teams.
• Lead CFA programme, auditor selection and training.
• Drive risk assessment and continuous improvement across production.
