Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires advanced degree with several years of quality experience and demonstrated leadership.
• Experience overseeing supplier quality and leading audits within biotech/pharma.
• Strong communication, influence, and project management skills to drive cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as quality lead for supplier relationships from onboarding to disengagement.
• Ensure compliance with GDP, GMP, ISO, and Amgen standards.
• Prepare suppliers for inspections and represent Amgen during regulatory reviews.
• Review supplier investigations, change controls, and CAPA activities.
• Lead supplier audit preparation and drive issue resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with operations on site performance and risk mitigation.
