Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Regional Account Manager - Market Access to drive payor strategy across Commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid for MIGS devices. You will educate providers, partner with Sales, and build sustainable reimbursement pathways in a remote US setting.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in payor/reimbursement roles in medical devices, 2+ years in ophthalmic practice management, and will travel ~30–50% to engage stakeholders and state agencies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry experience in payor/reimbursement roles within medical devices and Part B coverage.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in ophthalmic practice management, practice billing, and revenue cycle in MIGS and related areas.
• Ability to interpret MAC LCDs and CMS regulations as they pertain to Medicare Advantage plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional payor strategies to secure and maintain coverage, coding, and reimbursement across Commercial, Medicare Advantage and Medicaid.
• Partner with Sales teams to educate and support customers by removing access barriers and resolve reimbursement challenges.
• Conduct reimbursement seminars via videoconference or in person on local payor coverage criteria and requirements.
