Qualifications

• PhD/MD-level clinician with terminal degree
• Minimum 3 years of therapeutic-area experience beyond degree
• Ability to conduct doctoral-level discussions with external stakeholders
• Commitment to scientific excellence and dialogue
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and networking skills
• Knowledge of FDA/OIG/HIPAA regulations
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
• Familiarity with virtual meeting platforms
• Adherence to SOPs and GCP in Medical Affairs

Responsibilities

• Develops professional relationships with national/regional SLs for approved medical and scientific information
• Conducts peer-to-peer scientific discussions and maintains medical contact within the company
• Directs inquiries on issues outside RMDS scope to appropriate resources
• Maintains current knowledge of scientific environment within therapeutic area
• Initiates scientific/data exchange discussions with SLs and investigators
• Recommends study sites and investigators for phase II-IV trials and conducts Site Initiation Visits
• Supports scientific congresses and data exchanges
• Gathers feedback and information to inform medical priorities and needs
• Contributes to an inclusive, empowering work environment
