Job summary

Teladoc Health, Inc. seeks a senior provider operations leader to direct policies ensuring high medical quality and exceptional service for patients across the region.

You will act as the voice of the provider, mentoring clinicians, driving process improvements, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to boost provider satisfaction and accountability in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree with current/continuous board certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience.
• Minimum of 3 years as a clinical leader with rising leadership roles in a multi-specialty environment.
• Requires strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative and clinical responsibilities efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all W2 and 1099 providers in the region/product area.
• Accountable for KPI’s and Quality measures in their region/product area.
• Actively engaged with all W2’s; lead monthly meetings and communications.
• Track individual metrics and enable improvement plans.
• Mentor and coach new hires; support multiple license-type providers.
• Provide clinical consultation; ensure compliance with new initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
