Job summary

Ethos is seeking regional medical directors to train and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks. You will create and evaluate professional decks across scientific, KOL, advisory, and medical education content, contributing to AI model training with your pharma expertise.

We require an advanced degree (PharmD, MD, PhD) and 4+ years in medical affairs, plus expert PowerPoint skills and meticulous writing. This is a flexible, remote, part-time role with ASAP start.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PharmD, MD or PhD) with 4+ years in medical affairs at a pharma/biotech company.
• Experience producing compliant scientific presentations for external and internal audiences.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Support training of language models on professional presentation and slide deck tasks.
