Job summary

Xeris Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks a Regional Medical Affairs Director for the Pacific Northwest. This remote-friendly role focuses on scientific engagement with healthcare stakeholders, medical information delivery, and collaboration across Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams.

The position emphasizes investigator engagement, IIS facilitation, and staying current with emerging scientific data and healthcare trends. Travel and field activities are involved as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related discipline strongly preferred.
• Experience in field medical or medical affairs within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Clear understanding of regional medical practice and healthcare systems affecting patient care.
• Strong understanding of clinical research design and execution.
• Endocrinology knowledge is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Foster collaborative relationships with TLs and key decision makers across healthcare ecosystems.
• Provide medical information and scientific support through balanced exchange.
• Deliver medical presentations to HCP audiences and professional societies.
• Support Investigator Initiated Studies and liaison activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide medical and scientific expertise.
