Tutera Senior Living & Health Care is seeking a Regional Marketing Coordinator to oversee multiple communities within the assigned region. The role is remote with travel up to 50%, including overnight trips, and reports to the Director of Marketing.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living, with proven success in lead generation, partnerships, and regional marketing strategy.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field required
• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in Senior Living
• Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales & marketing (lead generation and conversion)
• Proven success in establishing strategic partnerships required
• Evidence of local referral network to develop referrals
• Must be able and willing to travel, overnight travel required
• Deeply committed to team-oriented outcomes
• Professional image in appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
