Strong relationship-building, data-driven approach, and knowledge of ATS/HRIS/LMS are essential. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years in HR with recruitment focus, healthcare recruiting experience preferred, and are comfortable with up to 80% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least five years of HR experience with a focus on recruitment.
• Prior healthcare recruiting experience preferred.
• HR certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn ATS, HRIS, LMS, and performance-management systems.
• Valid driver's license and travel up to 80% throughout Missouri and assigned locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and hiring.
• Partner with facility leaders, HR teams, and corporate stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver recruiting solutions.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current openings and future leadership needs.
• Create positive candidate and new-hire experiences, including streamlined onboarding.
• Develop relationships with community organizations, schools, vendors, and professional networks to expand candidate outreach.
• Attend and represent Perimeter Healthcare at career fairs and hiring events.
• Strengthen the employer value proposition through compelling postings, career sites, social media, and local outreach.
• Use ATS and recruiting tools to manage activity and drive results.
• Track and report recruiting progress, retention trends, and staffing needs.
• Use data analytics to evaluate recruiting effectiveness and recommend improvements.
