Job summary
HALO Diagnostics seeks an Account Operational Executive to lead multi-site healthcare operations across southern Florida. You will manage a team of 10+ Patient Navigators, partner with physician practices, imaging centers, and site leadership to drive operational excellence and patient-centered care.
The ideal candidate has 5–8+ years in healthcare ops leadership, strong people management, and a collaborative leadership style.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 8+ years of relevant healthcare leadership experience.
- 5–8+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership.
- 3+ years of direct people management of 8–10+ employees.
- Experience supporting physician practices and patient access workflows.
- Strong partnership with physicians, clinical teams, and site leadership.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-site healthcare operations across southern Florida.
- Oversee 10+ Patient Navigators and partner with physicians and imaging centers.
- Drive patient experience, operational metrics, and workflow improvements.
- Coach and develop site managers; manage schedules, performance, and development.
- Collaborate with HR, Operations, Training, and Account Management for site launches.
